So, I started this bill hours ago, but summer plus kids equals chaos. And now we have a special segment called Clay after dark. Nothing super glamorous, but totally unnecessary. We will be cleaning a list of trigger data, prepping it for enrichment that we will then use later to create a campaign. So, come build with me. Okay, so early today I literally thought I broke my clay table, but I literally just had on a filter. I know. What is this? Amateur hour. Anyway, but now we're back. So, to give you some context, this is how the data looks when you bring it in from Trigify. This is an account that we are monitoring. And these are the data points. So, when I put them in all in columns, you could see them right here. One thing that I did notice is that company size is not consistent in the formatting. So that's something that I'm going to address and fix. And then we are going to also look at doing a first exclusion. All right. So that way I know exactly what I want to enrich further and not enrich this entire huge list of 4,000 people cuz that's going to be a lot of click credits. And just ignore that up there. I'm going to get more, but I love to be conservative when I can. Okay, so first thing I did, I asked this formula generator to give me the lower number of the company size. No spaces or dashes, just the number. Why do I want that? Well, I'm just going to use that lower number in my exclusion um column. Okay, why? Well, our main ICP is like anyone that's 50 and above in company size. So that will help me to immediately exclude those people. Here you could see I ran a couple lookup tables. So these are looking up into some other exclusion tables that I have inside of clay. Are they a customer? Are they open deal? So I have to do one more. So I'll show you what that one looks like. And I know I know I know I could have just add all these contacts into like one big clay list and just look up once. But hey, I have multiple exclusion lists. That's just a reality. Maybe one day we're going to get there again, but in the meantime, we're not. So, this is what we're going to do, and I'll show you how I did it. So, we're going to add enrichment lookup table single row. Now, the table I want to look up, it's called, here we go. Hubspot partner competitors exclusion list partners HubSpot good. The column I want to target is all domains contains just in case. And then the domains and I want this to run for all rows. Sweet. Now that that has run, this is now where I'm going to do some exclusions. And you could see here I have ICP exclusion one. So I named it. It had broke or at least I thought it did earlier. So I had started all of this over. Okay. So this is my ICP exclusion column one. I deleted these things. All right. So this is kind of how I'm laying out to exclude from the data that I have currently for I know like these contacts will not be my ICP. So it's like first if contact location does not contain United States, Canada, US or USA then please output not ICP because this contact information here is giving me in this format it's giving me the country itself. So that's why I say contain. Next, if and this is where I'm going to exclude that if is known then I'll put not ICP. If open deal is known then I'll put not ICP I need to rename that is known then I'll put not ICP and this is where is the company range so if the company range last number is below 50 then I'll put not and I'm going to generate that order and I'm going to quickly check on the here seems about right now. And there you have it. And I rename my column. So it is labeling them correctly. It's taking account for the records as well as the size and the location. And I'm pretty happy with that. So now how many companies do I have left from there that could easily be found using this filter? Fabulous. 933 out of 4,037 contacts I can now enrich for. Guys, do you see all that savings? I do. And that's it for now. It's super duper late. Till next time, I'll show you what it looks like when I do this entire place. So stay tuned. And now I'm ready to enrich further, but not tonight. It's super late. Stay tuned if you want to see what that will look like when I fully bill it out. I promise I'm going to share it. Okay, till next time. Bye. Sleep tight.
