It's been a minute, but I'm back, and I'm here to show y'all something really simple and cute. Now I created this play that will monitor whenever your prospects post on LinkedIn, then you are notified. Therefore, you could then click on the link and go straight on over to LinkedIn and comment, like so they could see you, and you could continue to engage with your prospects. Cool. So as you can see, how do I do that? I'm already inside of Clay. We're gonna go straight on over to our Clay table right here, and you could see that I imported a list of contacts from HubSpot. K? Now this list is a few prospects that I want to monitor post for. You could see it pulls in all their informations, your names, and LinkedIn profiles are all available. From there, I use Clay's get a person's professional post and shares. And how I have that set up is that it's pulling in from all the profiles. I asked it only to give me one because it's only one the latest one. It's on auto update, and you can see it costs 0.5 credits, which makes this super cheap. From there, I go ahead and I pull out post what type of post it is, the URL to the post, and the created date. Now this created date, I had to, of course, clean that up, and I formatted that into something that I preferred. Then I run a formula to check if the post was recent. Now for me personally, I am having this set to check every week, so I only want post from the last seven days. So I ask it to check, is it within the last seven days, including today's date? Yes or no? If yes, it will mark yes, and then that yes is what I will send over to my Slack. Okay? And just give you guys a quick look of what that looks like over in Slack. Voila. My little bot is telling me, hey. This person from this company posted recently. Go and engage, and there is a Lolly. Cute. Right? Now how do I have this to be reoccurring? Let me show you. If you click to the settings button down here of your table, you could see that my import schedule for Hubshot HubSpot is set to daily, which means if your new contacts that fit the criteria for this list, they'll be imported here. Additionally, it's on auto update, and I have rerun columns on a schedule. And I selected the column that I wanted to rerun, which is the one that said get a person's professional post and shares. Reason for that is these others are all tied into, um, that one run, so they're all gonna run with each other, and it's going to update. It tells me how much it's gonna cost per run, and and I could say how often I want it to run. In my case, it's weekly. You could do daily if that's what you prefer and also custom. Let's say you build this in late of night. Now you could actually put what time you want it to run. And really helpful, it's going to tell you when the next run is. You simply save, and that's it. Now you will be updated every single time one of your prospects right there inside of your slot. So I hope you like that one. Until next time. Bye.
