Well text consolidation is huge it is so important not just from a budget perspective but from a data integrity perspective the more tools you can you have to integrate with one another figure out what information is passing back and forth whether you're going to overwrite the information from here to there etc the more mess you're going to have and when you have a mess you can't segment well or you can't trigger things in a good way or you can't really have data that you can trust to be able to run all of the plays that are then going to get you your pipeline and so being able to consolidate data is more important now than ever because this like huge list of tech stack that we're all told that we need and what you should really think about is like how can you leverage 100% let's call it 90% because I don't know if anybody's at 100 90% of the features that you have in each one of the tools to be able to condense that how can you get tools like if you're evaluating your tech stock right now I have a customer that's currently evaluating what their entire market tech is going to be for 2026 what tools do you need what are the core essential tools that you're going to need in order to get to your goals and I'll tell you right now HubSpot and Clay are at the forefront of that once you have those two tools you have probably 80 90% of what you need to be able to run the entire operation from a demand a sales and even a customer success point of view so think about what your core tools are going to be and from there really think through what your strategies are going to demand from additional tech stock and whether it's worth actually having that additional tech stack because it's not just buy about buying the platform it's about how much is it going to cost you to integrate it how much is it going to cost you to keep the data clean how much is it going to cost you to get your team to adopt it um and so like all of those different points need to be taken into account from a cost perspective and then with those three things is it worth it after you know that entire cost of of of acquiring those tools is it worth actually running that play if you don't even know what the ROI is going to be of that play really think about it.
