Hi everybody, my name is Sergio Gutiérrez and today I'm going to show you how to find companies that are actively hiring that match your ICP and how to find decision makers working at those companies inside Clay. So for this example, I created this hypothetical scenario where we'll be looking for companies that are actively hiring for a full-time position in growth, marketing and demand generation. This company should be located in the US with at least a hundred employees, maximum 500 employees. They should be, B2B in the SaaS industries, and at least they should be making 15 million, in revenue per year. In terms of their marketing department, there should be at least four people in the marketing team. Their website traffic should be at least from 5K visits per month. And the most important piece of this exercise is that we should be targeting only companies that match the previous criteria, but that they are also using. HubSpot, CRM. Once we have identified these companies and filtered, filtered them out, we'll be looking for the decision makers, uh, at those companies. We'll be looking for the CMOs and the BPS of marketing. So the first thing that I did here in Clay was to use the find jobs search where I use the job titles. The relevant job titles, and I included also those in the job description keywords. I had the location to be the US the job title, full-time and the posting date to be no longer than 30 days. And for this exercise, I kept the results to be, uh, a hundred only then once I get all the other results, I created this column. The seniority level column. This column uses a formula that will help me to identify if this open role is for a senior role or for an individual contributor role. In this example, as we can see here. It was marked as a nicer role, so I imagine that it is an specialist role, so we are looking for those and for all the senior roles, I will be pushing those two, this second table, and in this second table is where the enrichment and the qualification will happen. So now that we are here in this table, the first thing that I did was to enrich the company. To find the employee count and the type. If you remember, we're searching for companies that at least a hundred employees maximum, maximum 500 and that they were private. So, once I had that information, what I did was to use Clay agent to find if these companies are B2B and are in the SaaS industries for both columns. I used only run IF formulas because I don't want to spend credits in companies that we already know that aren't a good fit. So I use Clay to find if they are B2B in case that they are B2B, they will run for the second, qualification that it is the SaaS. If they're in SA, again, only, only run if formula. And then I used Apollo to find the annual revenue. Also, if you remember in the note, we were searching for companies with at least 15 million in annual revenue. And then I needed to find the website traffic. For the website traffic. I ran a waterfall. I use SEMRush and SimilarWeb. So basically how this waterfall works is that, if a company isn't found in SEMRush, it will trigger the search in SimilarWeb. Of course, I use, again, the only run IF to avoid spending, unnecessary credits for this. And, at last I run this additional qualification to find if these people, if these companies are using HubSpot, CRM or not. Again, I use the only run if to avoid spending unnecessary credits. And here in the keyword or category filter, I typed HubSpot. Here in this column I got the results. As we can read here, they are using HubSpot and not only the CRM, they are using a lot of hubs. So with that information I add this last column. This last column will tell me if these companies are a good fit for us or not. So basically, if these are marked as true, they're a good fit. It false not. And if they're a good fit, I will be triggering fine contacts search. In this case I'm looking for the senior positions in this company. So I, that's why I include C Suite, VP, Director, Head in the marketing job function in the location of the US and with that I also added this on the run IF, because I don't want to trigger, people search for companies that I don't care. And here you can see that we found two people working at this company.
