Team, I wanna walk you through, this new tool called as Super. It's, in my opinion, is the best tool for CRM documentation and option and whatnot. The possibilities are endless. I'm just gonna show my particular use case.
I use this for documentation purposes because it's not a really good idea to have hundreds of different word documents and Google Sheets and whatnot to just, you know, explain your CRM users, your, revenue teams on what they mean for your business and what they mean in general in in HubSpot. So let's go through this. So you can see this, small icon right here. So this is super activated.
You should get the, extension on super dot I o. You'll get the extension and everything. Log in to a butter smooth, so I'm not gonna spend time on that. And you'll also get, extension here.
If you connect to your academy and everything, so it's pretty good. You can see the number of cards and everything. So let me show you how this works in once it's implemented. So I've partially implemented it on life cycle stages and deals that deal stages.
So life cycle stages. So what are those? You can add images. You can add videos and lot lot more.
It's a rich text so you can, you know, go wide with the formatting. So what are those CRM one zero one, RevOps one zero one? Why should you care? So you can literally quote your reps right within individual property.
And then once you click here, you can see it has definitions and triggers for each of, the life cycle stage. So contact qualified marketing and ready to pass on to sales. The handraisers who have shown intent to stop to sales. You don't have to, you know, make this complicated.
You don't have to explain the same things every time. Either you're a super admin or you're a sales manager. So you can document it all right here. It can be also displayed.
It's also available on your reports. So let's load this up so you can see each and everything. I have not, done a really good job in defining these and using this real estate, but you can. You don't have to be like me.
And let's go to, same stages. So you can see I have added, these bolts. There are a couple of options on these as well. On creating card, you can select a different type of bolts.
We have fire bolt and two more icons. So you can click here. You can add and embed full full fledged, YouTube video right in the CRM. You can, add your individual tailored looms or your own individual internal, videos, images, infographics.
So you can have them all right here. Images take a little bit time because it's, stored on, Supercloud, I guess. And this is how you create cards. So on the cards, you go ahead and, organize this as, like, folders to keep yourself organized, and you use the integrations to see all the, native fields here, and you can definitely map the custom fields, as well if you want to.
So you can select, the object. You can select all the properties. So it's it's pretty wild.
Recently, the super team has released something called as packages. I haven't used it, as of now. So let's use this together. So, yeah, add your own package, basics plus fields.
