Superb Experience! Fantastic Partners! Shoutout to Henry Wee!!
I cannot express how thankful I am for the entire RevPartners team. I joined our organization as the sole member of RevOps and within my first two weeks, I learned we would be losing access to Salesforce in roughly 60 days and needed to move our entire business over to HubSpot. A project of this scope is absurd for a one-person-team and more so on this timeline, the only way it was going to be possible is if I had a partner to work alongside me. RevPartners was the only agency who could meet our needs including both the timeline and budget constraints, but more than that they gave us confidence that this project could actually happen - and be successful. I want to specifically acknowledge Henry Wee as the true MVP of this entire project as without his support, I am not sure we could've pulled this off. Not only was Henry crucial in helping us gather and collect the necessary details for a smooth migration, but he was amazing at handling the ebbs and flows that happened throughout the project including the discovery of processes not initially known that had to be migrated and also with being flexible in how we operationalized HubSpot so that it wasn't a mirror copy of Salesforce, it was so much better! Having Henry available on Slack and during our weekly calls helped me tremendously with having a partner I could turn to with questions, ideas, and.. the occasional freakout (sorry, Henry, but you're amazing!). In the end, we were able to migrate completely away from Salesforce and onto HubSpot in SIX WEEKS! Even more exciting, we did so without a single interruption to business - AMAZING! I will forever be a fan of RevPartners, and a huge fan of my new friend Henry. I wish everyone there nothing but the utmost success in business and life, thank you for making this project fun. RevPartners knows how to pick their employees! Our situation was difficult as our company transitioned from an old CRM with dirty data during the ridiculously busy holiday season. My initial skepticism of a third-party onboarding process quickly melted away after the first session with Rodrigo. I appreciate that he layed out expectations and helped to define what our responsibilities would be in order to attain a successful outcome. He demonstrates a commanding expertise of best practices with a friendly and patient demeanor while being extremely flexible and accommodating to our changing needs. Rodrigo became a new father during our onboarding process and took some time to be with his family. (As he should!) Alex Diaz stepped in to help us in the meantime and much to her credit, we didn't skip a beat. The transition was seamless because Alex immediately adjusted to our level of understanding, communicated very well and had answers whenever we needed assistance. She did a fantastic job, and I tip my hat to her. Our positive experience with both Rodrigo and Alex further strengthens my position that RevPartners employs quality people across the board. Once Rodrigo came back from leave, we regularly asked questions as we ran into new situations and he always responded quickly with a detailed email and recorded session that perfectly addressed our issue. As a small team with no dedicated IT personnel, we have multiple responsibilities and Rodrigo made all the difference in this onboarding process. He was dealt an uphill battle with our situation, yet his clear communication and handy solutions was instrumental in getting us over the finish line. Our company has a very unique business model and we are pleased that HS is flexible enough to be tailored to serve our needs well. There is no chance that we could have implemented a successful migration on this timeline without Rodrigo's expert assistance. Just know that you are in good hands with Rodrigo and RevPartners!

We have absolutely loved our time with RevPartners, Hannah in particular. She has been such a huge asset for us as we migrate from manual procedures into a centralized CRM platform. I reached out to RevPartners because we needed to migrate from Salesforce and fully implement our HubSpot instance to support all of our business needs - not just marketing. Our Best Decision
I say it was our best decision because we debated on implementing HubSpot CRM on our own with the guidance from HubSpot, or, utilizing a 3rd Party to lead the implementation for us. After meeting with several 3rd Party providers, it was clear to us that RevPartners stood out from the crowd. And now after our implementation is complete, we could not be happier with the decision to engage RevPartners. And I can certainly not say enough good things about Diana Gonzalez, our RevOps Strategist. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best implementation. Always available, and always flexible to make changes for us - and always in a timely fashion. She was a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend her and RevPartners for any HubSpot implementation.
