Rodrigo was a true professional. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
Rodrigo with RevPartners was easy to work with, honest, efficient and extremely knowledgable. Honestly don't think we could have asked for a better partner and had it not been for Rodrigo we would have probably asked for a refund on the Marketing Hub Professional Onboarding for the following reasons. During sales cycle we were never advised HS Onboarding was outsourced to a third party or that HS had a scheduled global week of rest immediately following our Friday, 6/30 sign-up. Also HS places limitations on what RevPartners could and could not do, forcing Rodrigo to direct us to utilize HS tech support, which often took 24+ hours to reply. Again to Rodrigo's credit if HS was slow to respond he would look for solutions through his channels.

RevOps Retainer: Shadab Khan, Brian Kreutz, Justin Tilton, and RevPartners Team
We've been working with RevPartners since late last year with an ongoing RevOps retainer package, and I am so grateful for their partnership every single day. Our initial use case was a re-implementation of Sales Hub, and while our initial strategist, Justin Tilton has moved on to another opportunity, he did a phenomenal job setting us up for success long term as well as handing off our account to our current strategist, Shadab. I have worked with many agencies across my career, and RevPartners is the first one who has truly lived up to their promises. They are detail oriented, responsive, proactive, insightful, brilliant, and best of all, they truly feel like an extension of our team. The most recent project we've tackled has been a "mission control" dashboard for our sales team to cut through the noise and help them focus on what's most important. A few things Shadab does that make it incredibly easy to work together: -Lightning fast responses to email confirming receipt, and timely follow-up without having to be asked -Proactive "nudges" to keep us on track when we're busy and creating blockers for him -In-depth loom videos for concepts and explanations that are hard to capture in writing -Always asks the "why" -- what was the original intent of this workflow? What business KPI does this support? -Exhaustive research into different ways to approach a solution -- when we receive a recommendation, I know that he's already ruled out several other options -Collaborative approach to problem-solving; he'll frequently reach out to other RP colleagues, peers, and even HubSpot resources -This one is something we enjoy personally: he's a huge HubSpot nerd! It's fun to work with someone who enjoys being in the weeds on this stuff Since starting with RevPartners, I truly feel like our team has leveled up and can now tackle the big, hairy challenges we felt under-resourced or unequipped to do before. I would recommend them to anyone who is tired of copy & paste approaches from lackluster agencies (because they're not an agency!).

Working with Lexi and team was short to date, but bringing her in as an extension of the marketing team was the best move from our technical leader. She brings a dynamic to our team that is valuable and completely missing. Her knowledge of the platform and ability to dive into a complex account while navigating politics is a rare find.
