Hello, friends. Welcome to a tradition unlike any other. This is the rev ops MBA with Brian Kreutz.
So when we talk about frameworks and guidelines, one of the, most important things that anyone can do regarding their engagement is start on the right foot. Now this applies to a new employee getting hired at a new company, or in our case, a strategist, maybe you get paired with a new partner. How you start your relationship with that organization makes all the difference. And here at RevPartners, we have our RED or revenue engine diagnosis.
And I know this has evolved for us over the past year, two years as we've continued to grow. But tell everyone a little bit about what that RED process is and how it helps us to start an engagement on the right foot.
Yep. So the RED process, like you said, it's the revenue engine diagnostic, and it's essentially like a six to seven step process that we run with all of our new customers for the first three or four weeks of our engagement.
