Hi, I'm Shadaab, a senior product manager here at rep partners and welcome to this lesson on lifecycle stage management. If you're a professional who interacts with hubspot or works in hubspot tool in any capacity, be it for marketing, for sales, or for customer success, you may already know the pain on understanding lifecycle stages, how do we actually use this, how is it valuable for our business, and lots of the questions you might already have. So I'm excited to be your guide in this lesson. By the end of this lesson, you will be able to understand the importance of lifecycle stages, define and conduct discovery workshop with your relevant stakeholders to really define your life cycle stages, what it means for your business, what are the triggers that will enable a particular contact or company to turn into a specific life cycle stage, what are the actions that you need to take once someone becomes a particular lifecycle stage?
Then we will move on to build and manage lifecycle stage using HubSpot's native tools and functionality. Next, we will learn how do we monitor and report on lifecycle stage metrics that include volume metrics, conversion metrics, and time metrics. And finally, we will enable you that your team really adopts this new process that you have rolled out to ensure that your data is consistent and accurate for driving business decisions and results.
