Superb Experience! Fantastic Partners! Shoutout to Henry Wee!!
I cannot express how thankful I am for the entire RevPartners team. I joined our organization as the sole member of RevOps and within my first two weeks, I learned we would be losing access to Salesforce in roughly 60 days and needed to move our entire business over to HubSpot. A project of this scope is absurd for a one-person-team and more so on this timeline, the only way it was going to be possible is if I had a partner to work alongside me. RevPartners was the only agency who could meet our needs including both the timeline and budget constraints, but more than that they gave us confidence that this project could actually happen - and be successful. I want to specifically acknowledge Henry Wee as the true MVP of this entire project as without his support, I am not sure we could've pulled this off. Not only was Henry crucial in helping us gather and collect the necessary details for a smooth migration, but he was amazing at handling the ebbs and flows that happened throughout the project including the discovery of processes not initially known that had to be migrated and also with being flexible in how we operationalized HubSpot so that it wasn't a mirror copy of Salesforce, it was so much better! Having Henry available on Slack and during our weekly calls helped me tremendously with having a partner I could turn to with questions, ideas, and.. the occasional freakout (sorry, Henry, but you're amazing!). In the end, we were able to migrate completely away from Salesforce and onto HubSpot in SIX WEEKS! Even more exciting, we did so without a single interruption to business - AMAZING! I will forever be a fan of RevPartners, and a huge fan of my new friend Henry. I wish everyone there nothing but the utmost success in business and life, thank you for making this project fun. Incredible addition to our team
Eric and the entire revpartners team have taken our ops department to an entire new level. Prior to them arriving, our CRM was extremely messy and we really didn't have any in-house HubSpot experts. They were able to come in and make quick changes that have changed the way we analyze leads, deals, pipelines, accounts, and more. 5/5 stars!

Rodrigo from RevPartners has been awesome!
RevPartners did an excellent job sending Rodrigo our way. He is consistent, and very patient. I trust his expertise and he goes the extra mile when I need additional help on a topic. Rodrigo makes it very known that he is here for us with any and all of our needs. From sales outreach to email marketing, Rodrigo highlights both angles while training us. Smooth Transition From Previous CRM With Rodrigo!

We work closely with Diana from RevPartners to utilize and leverage all of the features within HubSpot, and I honestly couldn't imagine running our sales team through the CRM without her support. She's been invaluable in creating complex reports, accessing and iterating on data points and sales analytics, and tagging certain leads and accounts that have provided new insights into our sales forecasting and review. Rodrigo was a true professional. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
Rodrigo with RevPartners was easy to work with, honest, efficient and extremely knowledgable. Honestly don't think we could have asked for a better partner and had it not been for Rodrigo we would have probably asked for a refund on the Marketing Hub Professional Onboarding for the following reasons. During sales cycle we were never advised HS Onboarding was outsourced to a third party or that HS had a scheduled global week of rest immediately following our Friday, 6/30 sign-up. Also HS places limitations on what RevPartners could and could not do, forcing Rodrigo to direct us to utilize HS tech support, which often took 24+ hours to reply. Again to Rodrigo's credit if HS was slow to respond he would look for solutions through his channels.
