Class 6: Breeze AI
Transcript
I'm Frank Devine, solutions engineer here at RevPartners. And I heard that you had some interest in learning about some of the cool features of Breeze that HubSpot just released as well as anything that HubSpot has been doing to help sales reps be more productive and more efficient. So I wanna give you a quick overview of a couple of things that have stuck out to me from attending inbound for some of the product release, sessions that I've attended since then. So probably the easiest way to get started utilizing Breeze is right here at the top of your page is Copilot.
So if you remember previously, there was a chat spot. This is now rebranded as Copilot, and it's essentially your AI, sidekick within HubSpot wherever you go. So there's a lot of great things that you can do. So for example, I think of, like, use case of if I'm a new rep that's onboarding and I've accepted a a book of business that I don't know anything about, or if I've recently taken over a territory for another rep, somebody left the company and I need to get up to speed on contacts, I can always come in here and say, hey. Vinnie is interesting, but I don't have time to read through all of these emails, all these different things. So let me just summarize the the contact information for Vinnie Kennedy.
Select who I'm interested in, and Breeze is now gonna go through everything that it has in HubSpot related to Vinnie and give me a summary really quickly. So as you can see, here's when he was created, who owns him, what his role is, here's his life cycle stage. So based on these things, you he's marked as attempted to contact, no reply, but you last contacted or were in contact with him on October ninth. So here's maybe what you can talk about.
If you're worried that maybe, you know, the Copilot has pulled in the wrong information, you can always say, see all context. And what this does is it it's essentially like, you remember a school when you did math and they say, show your work? This is where Copilot comes in and then shows to you and justifies to you why it gave you the insights. If you wanna read through all this, you can, but that's what the summarizing feature is for.
So that's one really awesome way to start leveraging Breeze. But Breeze is not limited to just, hey, what's going on with this contact? You can actually click on this thing called all prompts, and this gives you a giant list of different things that you can utilize Breeze for. So a lot of times, just exploring some of the prompts a little bit, summarize an article, summarize a company that I'm researching, or down here at the bottom, prepare for a meeting with the company.
So for example, let's say I'm preparing to meet with GoDaddy.
Let's see what pops up.
So this is, again, gonna take in all the context that is available within HubSpot as well as the HubSpot database, and it will spit out exactly what I need to know in terms of GoDaddy is currently a lead. The last engagement was in July of this year. You previously scheduled the demo. So you you get to see all these different things that are going on from the engagement. So that's the Copilot really quickly. Now let's get into some of the other productivity features that they've released recently, and some of these are betas that you'll need to opt into. So to find betas, you can come here to your top right corner, go to product updates, and you'll find the betas that you can opt in.
I love this one. So this is the sales workspace. So this was previously called the prospecting workspace. Why did they change it?
Well, majority of sales reps don't just do prospecting. They're also gonna have deals that they're working, and they have to keep them, in flight. So this is a one stop shop to keep an account executive aligned on everything that's coming up. Here's your tasks for today.
Here's your guided actions, which is based on all the different things that you have. We're gonna help you prioritize what has the greatest impact or the shortest, time to the due date, etcetera. You can view your leads and work them. You can also work in your deals as well.
And then the last one I wanted to shout out quickly is in sequences. This is another new release. You can opt into this beta. So if you go to create sequence, you can create a dynamic sequence.
Why are dynamic sequences awesome? Well, it solves a big headache that I personally have had with sequences and reps who try to use a lot of them. You create your sequence, you've got some automated emails, then you have manual steps. If you're not careful and staying on top of those all the time, you get this crazy backlog of I need to call four hundred people.
What dynamic sequences does is it allows you to create a list of four automated emails, and it's going to do that on its own.
At the point where somebody starts to engage with your email, so they're clicking on it, they're opening it, they're reviewing what's inside, you'll start to get, signals, and it will then change the path from being fully automated email outreach to then starting your manual tasks. So you can be enrolling hundreds of contacts at a time, but you're only gonna get those manual follow-up action items on the contacts that are actually engaging with you. So you're not wasting time calling bad numbers or calling people who've never opened and engaged with your emails. Anybody who responds to books a meeting or any of those things, they're automatically gonna come out.
So this is for the that in between, the people who didn't raise their hand and book a meeting and the people who are not engaging with you at all. Those people who are reading your email and they're not letting you know that they're interested. Is gonna then push you into the manual task, and then you'll be able to have better conversion. Ultimately, this all rolls up into the prospecting agent.
This is probably the most exclusive beta to get into now. I'm not even into it. RevPartners isn't, But it takes all of these steps and fully automates it. Set your ICP, set what you'd like to talk about, how you'd like to position it, and HubSpot will find contacts in your database, research them, research their companies, draft emails, put them into a sequence, and send it out all on your behalf.
So that one is definitely in development. It's probably the most exciting update I've seen in a CRM in a long time, but wanted to give you a quick overview. I know it's a big, data dump, but please let me know if you have any questions. I love chatting about this stuff.
Thanks.
